Lines Hardware, AB Cable Accessories, Tower & Sub-Station Structure and Earthling Materials & Stay Sets etc Under ULTIMA Brand. . We are looking for following positions located in NCR, & Uttarakhand.

GM (FACTORY OPERATIONS): BE Electrical / Mech. & MBA having min. 10 – 12 yrs. exp. in manufacturing Isolators, AB Switches, Hardware Accessories, GI Structure, HT / LT Panels under CNC manufacturing environment. Exposure in ERP / SAP, design, quality, production, IT, stores, procurement & familiarity with various labour laws & statutory compliances would be an added advantage.

GM (MARKETING): BE / Diploma in Electrical or any Graduate with MBA having 10 - 12 years exclusive experience in meeting clients, understanding their requirements & converting these into suitable offers & bids for winning projects in the area of power distribution, substations of 132 KV & above & procuring orders for items such as circuit breakers, isolators, switchgears, HT / LT distribution box panel, D.O. Fuses in local and other emerging markets in India and neighboring countries.

PURCHASE MANAGERS: BE Dip in Electrical / Mech. or Science Graduate with Dip. in Materials Mgt. having min. 5-6 yrs. exp. in procurement of various materials such as ferrous, non ferrous, electrical, MS Sheets, GI Pipes, Engg. Plastics, hardware, chemicals, paints used in manufacturing of HT/ LT Panels & other electrical network elements.

MANAGERS (HR & ADMN.): Graduate preferably Engr. with MBA (HR) & 5 – 6 yrs. exp. in HR & Admn. processes, talent acquisition, retention strategies & competency building. Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliances is essential.

FINANCE EXECUTIVES: CA / ICWA / MBA (Fin.) with 2-3 yrs. exp. in handling finance, budgeting & cash flow, trial balance, taxation, banking, treasury management, statutory matters having sound knowledge in variance & age analysis for preparing MIS. A person with inquisitiveness to detect non-conformances & establishing accounting system with ERP / SAP support would be preferred.

COSTING ENGINEERS: BE / Dip in Electrical. Engg. with 2 – 3 yrs. exp. in cost engineering involving understanding customers’ requirements, reading & conceptualizing Engg. drawings, coordinating with purchase dept. to seek procurement rates, preparing offers & bids to compete for getting manufacturing orders for HT/LT panels, Switchgears, Isolators, & all other accessories used in power distribution network.
