Mr. D.V. Parmar is an Electrical Engineer from Thapar Engineering College, Patiala having professional membership from the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineering Inc., USA (MIEEE), The Institute of Standards Engineers, New Delhi (MISE), and The Institute of Plant Engineers, New Delhi (MIPE). He also possesses Class-I Electrical Supervisory competency Certificates and is a trained marketing professional from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Having served for about 17 years in NTPC's various Departments, he has a knack in the areas of international procurement, turnkey contracting, quality assurance & inspection of equipments used in electrical, power distribution, transmission, distribution and lighting system. He is  the Managing Director of the Company.

He is BA, LL.B, D.L.L. and Dip. in Personnel Management. He possesses thirty five years of experience in Materials Management and Logistics. He has served in Armed Forces as a Commissioned Officer in various capacities and thereafter served as Head of Materials & Logistics in one of the units of erstwhile DCM Group. He is advising the senior management of USL in over viewing the strategies, which are aligned to its Mission & Vision statements.

Mrs.Dharna Khosla is an Electrical Engineer from College of Engineering, Bharti Vidya Peeth, Pune and a Post Graduate in MBA (Finance and Operations) from Management Development Institute ,Gurgaon. She possesses rich experience in developing software and has command over 4 GL, C++, UNIX & SQL. Her area of interest primarily focused on managing business operation through ERP route and create an online working environment in the group companies for achieving faster growth at minimum cost. She is determined towards her vision and displays high quality of perseverance. She is a serving Director in Ultima Switchgears. Ltd. since past six years.

He is head of Finance & Accounts at Corporate Office. He is basically a Chartered Accountant of 1996 Batch having ten years experience in the area of Finance & Accounts and Audit. He has working experience in Hamdard Wakf Lab in the capacity of Sr. Manager (Finance) and also has been associated with Thakur Vidyanath Iyer & Co. (CAs) in the capacity of Sr. Auditor and Article Clerk.

He is Business Development Manager having experience in the line for more than fifteen years. He is qualified as Post Graduate and had been providing services to prestigious clients in the past. He has been associated with us since last two years to liaise with various external agencies for developing new business contacts. His area of expertise includes consultancy in Mini Micro Hydro Power Stations.
